Can someone explain to me why Morningstar special two isn't doing more damage here?

    Only active buffs get nullified by her L2. Passive buffs do not.

    To tell the difference, look at the icons themselves. If there is no border (like the Armor up icon with 8 stacks), it is passive. The armor up with only a single stack has a white border, meaning it's active and thus is subject to nullification via Morningstar's L2.
