Bug with dexterity and buffet

in Bugs and Known Issues
I've been seeing something where if you get a precision buff from dexterity while the opponent's buffet is in cool down it will stay as is usual and then if you hit them after the timer refreshes the buff is nullified and they are healed. Is it supposed to be like this or is this some bug with the newest version of dexterity?

    Because it turns from an indefinite duration buff to a timed one, two different things. It’s a thing with the new dexterity. Not a bug
