5* special 3 minigame

Hi, so I've been on break a few years, and coming back, using more and more 5* champs ... what I notice with the special 3 "minigame" .. I've noticed the green part is larger at times, and narrower at other times ...

I tried some searches, but wasn't able to find anything explaining when/why this is the case? I'd like to understand it so I can work around it more efficiently :)

    I haven't read anything on this, but I have noticed that the more difficult the opponent, the smaller the green and yellow area. I am sure it has something to do with the stars and rank of the opponent.

    The harder the opponent, the smaller the green section.

    Yes, it varies based on the relative PIs of each, class relations, etc. The more superior your champ is over your opponent, the larger the green area will be. The inverse is also true: if your champ is severely outmatched, that green area will be smaller.
