Korg on node 29 is shrugging off existing debuffs

I just faced korg (multiple times) on node 29. His sig ability is that, in part, he can shrug off debuffs. And masochism is that it shrugs off/heals from next debuff.
These fights allowed korg to shrug off existing debuffs when he removed a debuff by his shield.
I also noticed this with agent venom when using void against him on node 42.
Is this a bug? It seems like one
