Gifting event is still not working for alliance switches/ No response still- PLEASE HELP

I’ve sent in a ticket days ago with no response, I have @ Mike with no response. I joined a new alliance hours after the event started and I have not been able to get any of the Milestones at all and have contributed to the event.
I saw Mods say on the forums that you will get the milestones if you switch alliances but the contribution pts will start over. You can only receive the milestones you did not in your previous alliance. Well.. none of the milestones are coming in at all
Can a mod or someone please help and what is my next step since 0 response from Kabam or Mods?!?!
