Hello, i need to know why i was banned for a week since 12 or 13 to 19 or 20 december, because i didnt use any codes or did something wrong. For that time i lost my alliance and so many others, and now i will lose all the daily cristals at the end of the month. I m waiting for an answer. Thank you.
