Error connecting to server

in Bugs and Known Issues
So since the update ive been getting very very slow loading screens and some times it kicks me off during a fight with a message saying problems connecting to servers or something of the sort then takes about 5 minutes to reconnect and when i goto pop some crystals its like on a frozen screen and i have to wait for that to load. Can anybody help me out should i uninstall and reinstall or what?
