Potential Bug w/ Ghost & Hood Synergy vs Spectre Node in Maze Challenge

While fighting Guillotine with spectre node (reverses all healing effects), Ghost still takes damage even with the hood synergy activated. I know running willpower will cause this to occur, but I didn’t expect this to still happen. This also happens when running through the spectre path in 5.3.6.
