After purchasing the All Father Vault I realized that I didn't receive the 2000 6-Star shards that was stated in the promotion.

I'm sorry to hear that it seems you didn't get all that you purchased! The best way to get this resolved is by reaching out to our Support Team. You can do so by selecting the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main screen within MCOC. From there, scroll to select 'Support'.
