Who is good in tech class?

Got a tech 5* gem; I have absolutely no one to use it on as of right now (Howard, Gobby, and CW)
I know Ghost, Sparky, and SL are good to use it on (don't wanna do SL whenever I get him since I already have 5/50 duped), but I was wondering who else would be good to use it on. (SL and Vision are my only good tech champs both 4*, so I have no knowledge of tech class for the most part)
In case you missed it, can y'all post anyone you would consider for 5* tech AG? thank you in advance!
