Awakening gem question.

I know this forum is getting flooded by these questions but here we go.
I have a lot of great candidates to use this 4* generic gem on. Who should I go for? Note I am trying to become uncollected and 100% master. Have currently have 4 5/50 champs; OG Thor, Gulk, Iceman and Starky. I have the ability to take up a mystic champ and a skill champ right now, and can take up a cosmic champ soon.

I'm biased because Wolverine has eluded me. But he is still useful and if it were me I'd rather use the 4* gem on a champ that isn't available as a 5* (obviously not Joe Fixit, but Wolvie and SW for sure)

Use it on AA.. arguably the best champ for uncollected run and will come in handy in so many questing scenarios..awaken him and get him to Sig 40 and u get 99% AAR with 3 neurotoxin
