No chance with crystals

Too hard to get 3or4 stars champions, less interesting, very expensive, not fair, I bought 5 cystals for 3 star champ: ... only get 2 star...... very very rare... can you repair that....or i out....

You get shards. They already have a system in place for guaranteed tier champs. If you can't handle disappointment of getting 2*s this really isn't the game for you. If you do stick around, and you will (because we all do), don't spend units on crystals. As you see, it's not really worth it.
