R4 Venom or Carnage

Hey, I have a r3 sig 20 Venom and a r3 un-awakened Carnage. Who should I take to r4 with a rank up gem and why? I have a cosmic awakening gem for Carnage.

rank up venom. causes bleed. stops spidey evaders. has unblockable sp1 and 2 when the enemy is under 18 percent health (add assassin mastery to this and wow super damage) and causes armour breaks and gets buffs every couple of secs. save that cosmic ag too.
