Christmas Event problem

My problem with this event is how instead of giving people generic awakening gems on Christmas they did crystals the problem is these aren’t actual rewards if you don’t get what you wanted and you had to be very lucky and half of ya did not get what we wanted as most people grinded to become uncollected just to get disappointed because they did not get the right gem they needed

    Its a reward that we get for fully exploring act 5.4 or 5.3....think about it...we got that reward without doing anything...its not useless...u just cant use it now...take time...build your roster...every class has at least 3 champs worth a gem......your time will come....

    You are complaining now about being said you are complaining. But stop being cry babies and for once be thankful. I didnt get the one I wanted. But you don't see me crying for a generic.

    Eventually you will pull a champ to use it on and be very happy you can instantly awaken them. Nobody forced you to push to get uncollected to get the awakening gem and nothing forced kabam to give them out. Be grateful for the free gift. You got it for free it cost you nothing so why be salty
