I think dormamu and ghost raider should be immune to incinerate because they are already on fire

So do many others, but Kabam feels differently.

Magic fire isn't the same as real fire. Apparently hellfire is not either. They also don't melt ice.. but a spear and some fur is enough to stay warm? Don't try to use logics here!
