Add an option to exclude some player from AW team

It will be very useful to have an option for alliance's officers and leader to exlude some player from the AW team(without exluding him completely from the alliance) and free up space for another player.

    Like if they join a BG have the ability to kick them out?

    Yep. Kick him out from the BG and free up space for another player.
