    Medusa past war and did not work boost, and now war it works !! wtf

    The power gain boosts return power based on the percentage of health taken from an enemy. This is why Kingpin returned more power than the Medusa boss, he has a smaller health pool than her.

    There based on the damage done it doesn’t say anything about % of health taken
    Describing how they function, not my concern how it’s worded.

    At the medusa I gave more damage, and at king ping less and it worked, as in the description of boost to sp2 how much damage you take he fills his power bar, it is not that the medusa has more life!
