Improving L1 for Spidergwen and Karnak

The more I think about the special 1 for these heroes, the more I think something is missing there. My understanding is that L1 should stun the opponent while they "load" their attack. Although this adjustment will not create any damage, it will enable spidergwen and karnak to attack instead of remaining open to being attacked by the opponent.
The change would not make those heroes great, just correct something weird in the game.
