Add a Special Event to Replace 1vs1 Arena Crystals with Collector Crystals

It would be cool to have an event similar to the one when the 1vs1 Arena crystals were replaced with 2-Star Basic Cinematic Crystals. However, in the new event the reward could be a Basic Collector Crystal which would be a version of the 2017 Collector Crystal that had all of the 1-Star and 2-Star Champions in it, including the ones not available in the PHC Crystals. This would give a way for people to collect all of the exclusive 1-Star and 2-Star Champions and certainly wouldn't break the game in any way.
Similar to the Basic Cinematic Crystal that was created, a Basic Collector Crystal could be created that only granted a Champion or the Dupe, but not any of the gold or ISO.
