Marvel Insider question (re: event quests)

For the activities to "complete the [y] difficulty of the [x] Quest" do you need to finish these 100% or just complete each section once?

I have bee assuming I need 100% completion but if I only need to do each section once I won't waste my time doing the 100% anymore (except where I want the full rewards).

    Just once. You should get and in game email the first time you finish the last section of the EQ.

    Thanks. That should save me some energy for other quests. I haven't seen any in game mail regarding completing the EQ or Marvel Insider points but will just do the one pass through next time and see what happens.
