Tab not responding

in Bugs and Known Issues
When I tap on the shard crystals tab, it does not respond. Any other tab I tap on opens except the shard crystal tab. I warned shard crystals in versus arena and I want to purchase another champion. I'm level 3 now, do I have to reach a certain level to open the shard crystal tab?

    Hello,

    Yes, you'll need to be level 5 or above to open a crystal from shards. Good luck, I'm sure you'll get there in no time!
