I can't login as my previous summoner

My player name was Xarli, and for some reason all of my awesome champions are missing. I was unable to get any help at all from Kabam support because apparently none of my account confirmation info is correct not the time I signed up, not my user name or email, nothing helped and they closed my account. Anyway, my name was Xarli and I know it exists because I'm not able to create that name because it's already in use. I know it's in use, it's my name. But now I have no name, none of my championship. My progress seems to have been saved though. Has anyone ever seen this issue and have any idea how I can get back to all of my champions? I had 4 star Howard the duck for heaven's sake and it's gone with everything else. I'm so sad. I spend 80 bucks. It's all gone. :(

    Hey zarlydoug, I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties accessing your account, and I understand it can be frustrating when the answers you provide to our verification questions don't match up with what we have on file. However, those questions are in place to help protect your account, and the verification process helps to prevent others from taking ownership of accounts which they didn't create.

    Unfortunately, we don't have access to in-game accounts here in the Forums and are unable to assist with concerns such as this. However, if you are able to to provide alternative answers to the verification questions, I recommend getting back in touch with our Support Team so they can assist you further with regaining access to your account.
