Who is the face behind Sparky and Rogue?

In this week's 2016/2017 arena, there is a face behind the two mentioned in the title.

The eye look feminine, but with that mask, i cant figure out which champ it is.

So, whom am i overlooking?

    AHH! Yeah, now that I look closer at her portrait, i would agree.
