After Spider Gwen or Symbiote Spiderman activate SP1, they gain an evade buff for a few seconds.

Using Black Widow, Quake, and Hawkeye, the expectation is to see almost zero evades if using Black Widow.

For some reason, Spider Gwen and Symbiote Spiderman still evade at their normal rate against Black Widow.

They have evade buffs, black widow doesn't effect the potency of a buff, she reduces the chance of the buff from triggering when she's attacking. Since they both trigger these buffs when they are attacking you, black widow can't prevent them from triggering with her signature. Other champs like cable or Karnak who reduce ability accuracy through concussion or daze can prevent the evade buffs from triggering though, since these abilities reduce ability accuracy at all times when they are active.
