This bug started when the 12.0 patch was released, and has not been fixed since then. The AI can randomly block special attacks that it shouldn't be able to. This occurs for all champions and matchups randomly, including champions such as Scarlet Witch and Spider Man Classic who recently had their SP1 "fixed".
Something about the momentum of regular attacks. The same issue likely causes the parry problem.
