Did I miss something. CARNAGE is not triggering bleed and it's not in his list of skills, is this a bug? I tried 2 3 4 star champs and none triggered bleed.

    Then read his list of skills to know how he can trigger bleed.
    Heavy attack or special 3 to apply the first bleed
