    Don't actually think they are trash, but there isn't really a better champ

    Kingpin's damage output just seems low, but would probably be ok for AW buffet nodes at higher tiers.

    Elektra has some good Ability Accuracy Reduction and does well with the Assassin mastery, but is also overshadowed by other champions.

    I'd recommend waiting for something better to rely on

    You've got to have a really good reason to take up 4* champs. Electra probably doesn't qualify for the God Tier you need to justify taking part 4/40.

    You could get a better champ than Kingpin; but I took Kingpin to 3/45 for questing and haven't regretted it. His shrug-off ability is tremendously useful, and he only needs a couple of Rage to have pretty respectable damage output. He's got a form of DoT that no-one is immune to, and also reduces Ability Accuracy. He has Heavy Handed at all times; making it fairly easy to knock down champs like Sparky (especially with Daredevil synergy).

    He's no Blade or Killmonger; but you could definitely make good use of him.
