You need an "other" option.
In the 4 months I've been in my current alliance we've replaced 2 people

In between the seasons we make changes most of the time, though occasionally early during the season we may remove someone if they aren't doing good

We have 20 stable and 10 revolving

I usually throw out the useless people and get new ones right away. We are an open alliance and whenever I kick someone, a new guy comes in who is better than the last. We always have too many people and not enough spots.

I was about to put in an other option and then my thumb hit the "Go" button and that was that.
