Pls help me with my Choice! 5* awakend AA or 5* IronmanIW to rank 4?

Hi there,
first time i have four alphas lvl2 and can now rank up a hero to rank4. My first one!

So who should i upgrade to rank 4

1. 5* Archangel awakend(duped)
or
2. 5* Ironman IW not!awakend

so i appreciate your help
i have not the title uncollected yet!

PS: my other 5* are Nebula, KingGroot, Ultron, Gambit, GreenGoblin, Mornigstar, CaptainMarvel and Corvus Glaive. All not duped!!!
