4star champions for Act 5.2.4

I have been trying this quest for some time but hasn't really officially started to finish it with units. Since I just finally got 4 cosmic t4c with a long list of super good cosmic champions, it's kinda a headache for me to choose which one for rank 5. I'm also limited in basic t4c so for a short period of time I only have one slot for rank 5.
Here is my current strongest roster:
5 star:
R3 Blade
R3 Rulk
R2 Medusa
4 star:
5/50 Spark-spidey (duped) -- this is the by far the most useful one in my team
5/50 Domino (duped)
4/40 Corvus (duped) I'm just worried it's not for long fights, even at 5/50
4/40 Proxima-Midnight (duped) really like her and the potential synergy, but probably I'm still not very good at using her
4/40 Cap-IW (duped) nice block and damage, 2 science t4c
4/40 GR (duped) nice synergy with blade and sparky, has enough t4c, one of my top choices
4/40 Thor-rag (duped) no chance for rank 5, but just for team building reference
4/40 Hulk-rag (duped)
4/40 Iceman (duped)
4/40 Hyperion (duped)
4/40 IMIW (duped)
4/40 Medusa, Carnage, Venom, Thor, Killmonger
other good options below R4:
Sabretooth, gwenpool, emma frost, void, red skull, sentinel, phoenix, heimdall, wolverine.
So here are several questions:
1. Corvus or some other options? I'm thinking about GR or Cap
2. Which team is better? Blade-Spikey-GR-Domino-Rulk or Thorag-Hulkrag-Cap-Corvus-Proxima (really nice synergy)
3. Does emma frost worth a try? combined with phoenix or even with sentinel? This is definitely not for now.
