Are you a veteran tired of the 5x5 grind and minimums in events, but still enjoy AW?

[LGOTI] Swedes is a 15.3 mil alliance and have been in Gold1 for every season of AW so far. We are a global alliance, but have one BG that are Swede players. We are looking for one veteran to replace a retiring player in our Swede BG. So another Swedish player or someone in the European timezone would be ideal.
We do not have any minimums for Alliance Events, but still get decent rewards since we still play the game. We definitely don't force anyone to contribute. We do AQ 44422 and still rank in the low 3000's each AQ week with minimal effort. It's a nice balance because we still get rank up materials without the overbearing time commitment.
We still enjoy AW and always have the goal of staying in Gold1 because we still get solid rewards at the end of the season without forcing anyone to always use items/units to finish lines.
The only mandatory rule we have is that you must use LINE to communicate.
We are at the point where we still enjoy the game and continue to progress without being crazy hardcore about it. If this sounds appealing to you, contact me in game or on LINE.
