Thoughts on Silver Surfer

After seeing the 4 year anniversary video I am impressed with the Silver Surfer Animation .Is there is a chance he will be a champion released? I think since he is a cosmic entity I am 100% sure he will be of cosmic class. I am hoping he will be an amazing champ.
