Grinding in arena

Hey everyone.....Just wanted some advice on some champions I am planning to grind in arena
Should I grind these : Aegon, The Champion and Night Trasher when their arenas start?????

    Wrong place for this topic. But why only those champs? And even then, can you put up 3-3.5 million.
