In game chat broken

Now you may argue that its not a bug but the in game chat is unusable right now. We usually use line but there was this one guy who was on a trip and didn't have access to line app so I had to give him instructions for AW and I just said his name (Jaq) and told him the nodes he were supposed to hit and it kept getting censored. I tried a lot of ways of saying what I wanted to say and it kept on censoring my messages. Finally sons in the alliance told me that Jaq means something bad in another language and then I had to add him in game and tell him what to do which took a lot of time. Kindly look into it and make the in game chat usable again please.

Is it for everyone in your alliance or just you? If it is just you it may be a temporary chat ban for something like cursing in the game.
Sorry to hear you’re having an issue with the in game chat. While this could possibly be a bug, it is more likely you have received an in game chat ban. We do have moderators reviewing in game chat as well as reports made by other players.
Chat bans can be temporary (lasting from 1 to 3 days) or possibly permanent. Chat bans occur when a user is violating the Terms of Service, which includes the general guidelines similar to those in the Forum Rules (such as: profanity, flooding, spamming, insults, excessive non-game related conversation as a few examples). An in game chat ban will affect every area of chat including private, global, alliance, etc…
The moderation team does not have access to in game accounts, therefore we are unable to verify if this was in fact a chat ban or not. For account specific issues, please contact the support team as they will be better equipped to advise in this situation.
