everytime i try making a payment the game tells me to log into google play although im already logged into google play gaming

Are you able to log in and complete the purchase? If so, it may be a security setting that is requiring you to log in each time you make a purchase. If you aren't able to complete the purchase, please reach out to our support team as they may be able to assist further. You can do so by going to the gear icon in game and choosing "Support."
