Omega’s degen with heavy does not stack or reset when you use a heavy if opponent already has a degen debuff.
Why does it not stack or at least reset? Based on the way the ability reads, it should stack.
So many other champions have heavy features that refresh or stack debuffs when used. Why would Omega not?

I understand not stacking but the inability to reset makes his practical play very unsatisfactory.
