RNG, t3c and thanks

Please work on RNG, I am at the point where getting through content just to pull Howard the Duck three times makes it so I don't want to complete event quests, trials, or even all three (four) levels of difficulty for EQ. I refuse to rank up the likes of HtD, Magneto, or champs that are trash just to grind arena. T3C, please just give out whole t3c instead of the fragments. We're limited on energy for trial, eq, catalysts. It's just dumb to wait a month before you get once since they don't drop. Since I know this won't happen, it's really made the decision to quit the game so much easier.
