Does MCOC work on Windows Phones?

I am looking at getting a phone just for this game (not my everyday phone) , I've looked at a couple of different platforms but the Nokia Lumia 1520 seemed the best price and features I want, except, will MCOC run on this phone?

    You most likely won't even install it as it won't be in the store

    I heard windows phones have swapped to google play store, so as long as your phone has enough RAM it should be able to download MCOC and run it just fine

    Think people have installed play store on it, but since it don't seems to have native support of play store, Kabam can(will?) spot it and tag it as emulator
