I need to know what champs can’t do critical damage. I believe crossbones is one but I need to know if there are any more

    The only one without special circumstances is Crossbones, really Unique and Cool idea for a champion. Wish they'd do it again with another one...

    Ægon has a pretty poor crit rate right out of the gate. He probably doesn’t crit much until you ramp him up.

    I’m very unfamiliar with Ghost, but I do not think she can crit unless she has a Precision Buff, which she gains via phasing.

    Heimdal has extremely low crit rate
    Except when duped, he activates precision buff everytime you use sp

    If u want to know crit for red hulk fight in uncollected 3.1 boss... Try using blade and gr synergy... I am done redhulk 100% with that...

    They mean building up his combo meter. By 50-100 you start criting noticeably , and it gets more common the higher the Combo gets.

    plus when he is awakened he keeps some of his combo from the last fight, so the criting gets baked in.

    Crossbones is spiked armour god cuz he can't crit at all
