Are you trying to put champs in AW that are in AQ or a quest, or vice versa?
It looks like i was. Usually i could not select such champs into my event quests. But today I could. And I only got the error after clicking on begin quest.
Yeah, that's not uncommon for some reason. I remember when the Danger Rooms were out. I didn't realize it was certain Classes and Star levels so I tried to go in with my usual team. It wasn't until I tried to actually enter the quest that it said "nope".
