Node 9 in AW is glitched. Dude kept getting sp1 immediately after he used it over and over again. It was like 4 times in a row.

It wasn't mystic dispersion because it was a war machine tech.

    Kinetic reactor. Every hit you take the enemy gains power even if you're blocking.
