Trials entry is not consuming

I just completed today's trials of fire quest and some how my entry is not consumed and I can join the quest again. Anyone observed this in your game? Let me know. If this is a bug @Kabam Miike you might have to look into it.

    Never mind I restarted my game and it got locked now. But thisis definitely a bug

    It's common for these Events. Sometimes you will see another Entry, but if you try to join, it won't allow you.
