Doctor Voodoo Is Bugged - DV?

Doctor Voodoo doesn't appear to be working correctly. When opponent is possessed, their ability accuracy is suppose to be reduced by 50% but SM and NC are evading like crazy and Magik Limbo pops every time. Can the game team look into this?
