Who would be more useful in the long run to rank up, 4/40 duped AA or 2/35 unduped X-23?

assuming x23 is a 5* id rank her up before the 4* aa (who is still good) as resources are better spent on a 5*

Resources are better spent on Archangel. He was made to conquer most of the content in the game. Enjoy him until you are at the stage of r4 5*s.
