What champions to face the collector with

I've been playing a while now and i'm on to face the collector. I don't have any experience fighting him though. It would be most helpful to get some insight on what champions i should use to fight him with.
My current top champs are:
5* Iceman 4/55 (unduped)
5* Blade 3/35 (unduped)
5* Mordo 3/35 (unduped)
5* Luke Cage 3/35 (unduped)
4* Thor 5/50 (duped 99)
4* Hulk 5/50 (duped 99)
4* Scarlet Witch 5/50 (duped 65)
4* Medusa 5/50 (duped 1)
4* Hyperion 5/50 (duped 20)
Any recommendations from uncollected players would be greatly appreciated
