Problems Receiving Marvel Insider Rewards and Bundles

Everytime I try to claim a Marvel Insider reward, I have to go through Marvel Support to get Kabam to pay up. Now they've refused to give me my CoC Guardians of the Galaxy Questing Bundle that I claimed on June 4th using 125,000 Insider points. I did everything right, but Kabam not only refuses to pay up, they're actually trying to blame both me and Marvel Support! They screwed up and won't admit it. Until they do, this issue will never get fixed. I've been told to take it to the forum so here it is.
Is anyone else experiencing anything like this? Please let's open a discussion. If there are others, maybe we can confront Kabam on a larger scale and get them to fix this bug? Because they sure don't seem to be interested in doing the right thing otherwise.
