Say that somehow Loki could have inflicted bleed debuffs. I know he can't but if he could, and you had deepwounds could when in a Syngery with Hela and he has inflicted the curse Debuff, could he be dealing the direct damage direct from DW?

    Probably, since the synergy doesn't specify that it only works for his special 2 (even if that is literally the only reason that synergy was created). But if in the future they introduce new nodes or abilities that work like "If ... has more HP than the enemy", they would probably change the description of that synergy to specify that it only works with his special 2
