Omega red takes spiked armor damage?

in Bugs and Known Issues
Ummm, so omega red is not supposed to take any damage from abilities that give direct damage back. However on uncollected red hulk I take damage back doing double mediums....anything I’m missing?

    I would guess it happens due to the buff causing the damage and is active rather than passive just like MS’s will bleed you on tentacle hits.

    Its only on Tentacle hits. Not all of his hits are by tentacle.

    Morningstars bleed is kinda different, if omega red counters Thorns, he should also counter spiked armor in theory

    Omega prevents passive damage abilities, spiked armor is active. Throns is passive, spiked armor is active just like bleed is active.
