Seeking 8 members level 40 250k+ for map4/5 AQ

An active but flexible group that have full time jobs and families. We had two members go into full retirement recently and a couple a little while back so it's time to fill it up again. We all communicate well, have fun and participate in AQ, AW and alternating SA weeks with the occasional back-to-back. At full capacity we would not have a hold week.
Ideal candidate should have enough champs to run minimum 4/40 or 2/35 in AW, AQ and solo event quests simultaneously. Ideally would also have several 5/50 and 3/45 champs to rotate in as well.
Currently running 2 AQ groups . map 4/3, each 5 times per cycle. Would like to add a third group as a map 4 or 5. We expect daily activity and communication. Finished at silver2 last war season and prefer have been running two groups but would prefer to go up to 3.
Donations at appropriate amounts per the battle group you participate in each round. If you are short, communicate with leadership ams we can help with shortages.
We hit 20-25 million milestone for AQ Once our group is full to 30, we should achieve 70 mil without much difficulty.
We use clanHQ for basic chat/communication only and do not currently assign locked in lanes.
