I just recently maxed the despair mastery before this last war. I fought a Medusa boss at the end with my Killmonger, and triggered the sp3 bleed with 29 stacks. I noticed she was still Willpower healing while the bleed stacks were active. Does the bleed stack only count as one bleed or should it count as X amount and is broken?
It does say “bleed stack” and “each bleed” in the sp3 description. Also despair isn’t like willpower in that it doesn’t count just unique debuffs, or am I wrong?
